Designing a really attractive photography portfolio site is a design challenge. It has to be highly visual and attractive, but not too distracting from the focal part - the photographs themselves. The design is therefore clean and unfussy. The whole site is fully content-managed from a bespoke administration system, allowing the photographer to upload photographs and alter the text on the site.
We built the site in HTML5 and CSS3, the very latest in web technology allowing for sites that utilise the best in recent browsers, as well as Ruby on Rails, the exciting framework du jour. And we're hosting it in the cloud - it's ultra-modern!
